Pilot terms

Use the signal responsibly.

These terms describe the controlled BuyerTells pilot. Access is limited, revocable, and intended for evaluating whether the service creates legitimate business value.

What BuyerTells provides

BuyerTells organizes public records into possible business opportunities and may provide a public business phone, email, website, address, or original-source link. Rankings and explanations are decision support—not a guarantee that work is available, a business will respond, or a sale will result.

Your responsibility

  • Verify important information against the linked public source before acting.
  • Use contact information lawfully, professionally, and for a relevant business purpose.
  • Follow applicable email, telephone, privacy, and anti-spam requirements.
  • Respect opt-outs and do not harass, mislead, impersonate, or imply municipal endorsement.
  • Keep your invitation and account access private.

Uses that are not permitted

Do not scrape, bulk export, resell, republish, or build a competing database from BuyerTells. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, probe other customer accounts, interfere with the service, or use BuyerTells to identify private homeowners.

Public records change

Municipal records can be delayed, corrected, withdrawn, incomplete, or differently interpreted. Public contact information can also change. BuyerTells may correct, suppress, re-rank, or remove a record when evidence changes.

Pilot availability

The pilot may change, pause, or end while we evaluate quality and customer value. We may suspend access for misuse, security risk, or conduct that conflicts with these terms. Pilot access does not promise future pricing, features, availability, or exclusivity.

Questions and corrections

Use Support for account questions, privacy requests, or suspected errors. Each opportunity also includes a direct Report an error action.
